All-on-4® Dental Implants

All-on-4® uses four strategically placed and angled dental implants to support an entire arch of replacement teeth. By doing this, it offers more stability than a removable denture with fewer dental implants to replace a full arch than individual implants would require.

Fewer Implants for a Full Arch

Traditional implant treatment involves placing a single implant to replace each missing tooth. This would mean eight or more for a full arch. All-on-4 takes a different approach, using four precisely placed implants to anchor a full, fixed arch of teeth. This reduces both the number of implant procedures needed and, as a result (usually), overall treatment time.

More Stability Than Traditional Dentures

Unlike a traditional denture that rests on the gums and relies on suction or adhesive, All-on-4 is fixed in place, anchored directly to the implants. This eliminates the slipping, shifting, and adhesive dependency that come with removable dentures, while also restoring significantly more chewing power.

Jawbone Preservation

Because the implants integrate with the jawbone (via osseointegration), All-on-4 stimulates the jawbone like a natural tooth and helps preserve its density, something a traditional denture can't do. Over time, this helps maintain facial structure that might otherwise change as the jawbone deteriorates.
